Thanks for visiting my Web Site. As many of you are aware, I started the Marco Island Farmers Market in 2005,
with the help of many friends. In 2008, The St. Marks Episcopal Church's parking lot could no longer support the markets
popularity and growth. Due to parking and pedestrian safety issues, we were denied a City permit to continue
at that location. The City of Marco Island decided to continue the Farmers Market and make it a seasonal
city event. The 1st City of Marco Island Farmers Market was held at Mackle Park for the November 2008
through April 2009 season and has relocated for the 2009/2010 season to its new permanent location at Veterens
Community Park on the corner of Park Avenue & Elkcam Circle where there is ample parking and is pedestrian safe.
